Eric Collin is a seasoned hospitality developer and builder with more than two decades of experience in hotel development, construction, and leadership. A LEED Accredited Professional, national commercial building contractor, and licensed real estate broker, he has managed development and construction pipelines totaling more than half a billion dollars in hospitality projects across the U.S. and Europe.

Over his career, Eric has overseen dozens of ground-up builds and complex brand conversions for major hotel flags, giving him a deep understanding of the standards, expectations, and operational realities that drive successful hospitality projects. His achievements include becoming the youngest person in Florida to obtain a General Contractor's license and being recognized as Hilton Developer of the Year.

With a portfolio that features landmark projects such as the first LEED-Certified Hampton Inn & Suites in the country, the first Tru by Hilton on Florida's Gulf Coast, and the flagship conversion of an Indigo Hotel into a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Eric brings a rare blend of design, development, and construction expertise. At Artefirm, he applies this knowledge to guide the design team— ensuring every project not only meets brand and flag standards but is also optimized for constructability, cost efficiency, and long-term performance.

Kris Pelow, AIA, NCARB, is a licensed architect with more than a decade of professional experience, building his career from the ground up as a draftsman and designer. Over the years, his work has spanned a wide range of industries including hospitality, retail, industrial, senior living, multi-family developments, restaurants, airports, and healthcare facilities. His portfolio also extends into civic and public projects such as fire stations, courthouses, park pavilions, county buildings, and educational institutions. Along the way, Kris has collaborated with notable brands such as Bealls, Verizon, Geico, and Fyzical, consistently bringing a detail-oriented, innovative, and client-focused mindset to each project.

A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, Kris began his career in the drafting department at John Cannon Homes before taking on a role with WBRC Architects in Lakewood Ranch. He later joined Sweet Sparkman Architects, gaining valuable experience on a diverse range of projects. In 2017, he earned his Master's Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College, where he was recognized with a Thesis Commendation Award and a national leadership medal. In addition to architecture, Kris is also licensed as an interior designer and has contributed to numerous projects across Florida in grocery, industrial, custom residential, and commercial office markets, further broadening his professional expertise.

Hithai is a skilled architectural designer with four years of enriching industry experience, holding a Master's degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, India. Her strong academic foundation, combined with practical design expertise, has given her a deep understanding of architectural principles and an eye for detail, enabling her to create designs that are both functional and exceptional in quality. She has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential, recreational, religious, and commercial developments, as well as institutional and urban planning, spanning multiple countries such as India, Thailand, the Philippines, and the United States.

With this international experience, Hithai brings a unique perspective and an appreciation for diverse cultural influences in architecture. Passionate about sustainable and innovative design, she ensures every project balances aesthetic appeal with environmental responsibility, often pursuing LEED certifications to reinforce this commitment. As a current LEED Green Associate, she integrates sustainable practices into her work while keeping practicality at the forefront. Hithai's mission is to breathe life into spaces and tell meaningful stories through form and function, aspiring to create timeless designs that seamlessly unite innovation, sustainability, and beauty.

With a decade of experience in the architectural industry, Jason brings a unique blend of expertise, creativity, and passion to every project. Holding the LEED AP BD+C credential, he emphasizes sustainable and environmentally conscious solutions, ensuring that each design balances aesthetics, functionality, and long-term impact. Over his career, Jason has worked across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, retail, mixed-use, industrial, education, healthcare, and government. Notably, his work on the mixed-use buildings developed by Dwelling Development in Woodstock, GA, helped refine his design approach and reinforced his commitment to creating spaces that harmonize form, function, and sustainability.

Born and raised in South Korea, Jason discovered his passion for design early, often constructing intricate models with LEGO and following blueprints as a child. He pursued this interest academically at Southern Polytechnic State University, graduating in 2009, where he honed his architectural skills and deepened his understanding of design principles. With a firm belief in the transformative power of architecture, Jason is dedicated to leaving a lasting mark on the built environment, creating meaningful spaces that serve communities, inspire users, and stand the test of time.
