Kristopher Pelow
Kris Pelow, AIA, NCARB, is a licensed architect with more than a decade of professional experience, building his career from the ground up as a draftsman and designer. Over the years, his work has spanned a wide range of industries including hospitality, retail, industrial, senior living, multi-family developments, restaurants, airports, and healthcare facilities. His portfolio also extends into civic and public projects such as fire stations, courthouses, park pavilions, county buildings, and educational institutions. Along the way, Kris has collaborated with notable brands such as Bealls, Verizon, Geico, and Fyzical, consistently bringing a detail-oriented, innovative, and client-focused mindset to each project.
A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, Kris began his career in the drafting department at John Cannon Homes before taking on a role with WBRC Architects in Lakewood Ranch. He later joined Sweet Sparkman Architects, gaining valuable experience on a diverse range of projects. In 2017, he earned his Master's Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College, where he was recognized with a Thesis Commendation Award and a national leadership medal. In addition to architecture, Kris is also licensed as an interior designer and has contributed to numerous projects across Florida in grocery, industrial, custom residential, and commercial office markets, further broadening his professional expertise.
